Baseball at Pueblo

We went to Colby's baseball tournament last weekend and had a great time! Allette played so hard all 3 days running around and showing off for all the baseball fans. She wore herself out the second and third day and ended up asleep on my lap before the end of the games. The games were a bit chilly but we stayed warm with a couple layers of blankets. Grandpa Rick and Chad were a little put out that I only brought pink blankets, but they got over it. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

Allette Our pride and joy.

Where do I even start when it comes to Allette. When we first found out we were pregnant it was a little scary. Then when pregnancy turned into a 9 month puking rally, it was hard. But the second she was born and I counted all her little fingers and toes. Five pounds seven ounces of gorgeous little girl, she stole my heart and every sick day and miserable minute hooked to a feeding tube was completely worth it! I would do anything for this little girl. Allette is the sweetest kid, she loves to give kisses and hugs. She is always happy and loves to snuggle. Allette loves coloring, dancing and having her nails painted. She plays with Newt, her dog all the time. She goes crazy when Daddy gets home from work! She loves her Daddy! She is a big fan of shoes, and blankets. She drags blankets around everwhere. Allette makes the cutest animal sounds, she is really getting good at all of them, even the indian haha! I don't know what I would do without this little girl. She is my best friend, my job and the most amazing thing that ever happened to me!

The weekend, I prefer the weekend!

So this weekend we are headed to Pueblo Colorado to watch Colby, my brother in law, play baseball. He plays for Montana State University Billings. Chad's parents Rick and Lisa will be meeting us there also. This will be the first time seeing Chads family since we left Idaho in October. We are excited to get out of town for a few daysand see some family! We've been woring really hard with Allette to say Colby. She loves saying Rhett and Ash, her Uncle and Aunt on Chads side. Colby, she hasn't taken to so fast though. She always says toad. HAHA! It is pretty funny but we will keep trying until we get there on Friday, if she isn't ready to say Colby by then, he will just have to be Toad for the weekend. Love ya Colby!!! We will be sad to not see the rest of the famiy, Rhett and Ashley, and Chads other sister Myklind's family Tyler, Daxon, Jayden and Kynsli. Kynsli is the other adorable little girl in the pictures with Grandma and Papa.

2012 goal

I have made a new kind of resolution this year, because lets be honest........nobody likes a skinny, happy, polite, religeous person! haha! So my big goal for 2012 is to read 50 books. This does not include Allette books, although by the end of the year I may have to rethink this. I love to read and absolutely LOVE my NOOK! I have the Nook color. I have to admit that it is probably one of the things I would grab if there was ever a fire. They have free friday, every friday, and they have a free book usually a lot more than one. That is where I get most of my reads.
I also like Goodreads, it is a website that recomends books based on books that you have already read. If you join goodreads make sure you link up with me so we can be book buddies. That way I can get ideas from your books as well!
I will try and keep my many many followers posted on what books I have or am reading!

Meet the Robisons

Chad, Shai and Allette. Our small but amazing family.
Chad is the best husband and daddy ever. He likes dirt biking, golfing, fishing, working with his hands, and playing with Allette.
Shai- thats me, loves being a mom! I am so grateful to be able to stay at home with Allette. I feel as though I have the most amazing and important job in the world. I get to be my daughters best friend!
Allette is 20 months old now and she is the most amazing little girl! She loves her Mom and Dad, she plays with our dog Newt all day, the play fetch. She has a great arm for a kid! Allette loves being outside, gathering chicken eggs and riding in her wagon. We are never able to get back inside without a jump or 2 on the trampoline. Allette is really talking now, she is repeating words and suprises us almost daily with a word we didn't know she knew. Today she handed me my cell phone and said "phone." She is so smart. She has the sweetest personality and has Chad and I both wrapped around her little finger.
